WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders. - Global Shipping
We support global shipping of all items in our online store to permitted countries. Items will be handled and processed within 2 working days from Singapore, Hong Kong, or California.
Delivery time depends on the method of delivery chosen and the destination country.
Free Shipping Worldwide: We offer FREE regular shipping worldwide. Please note this option is unregistered and does not come with a tracking number. If you choose this option, AARI Pte Ltd and SuperSlyde will not be held responsible for any parcels lost in the mail.
Registered Shipping & Handling: For additional peace of mind, we also provide registered mail options to allow tracing of parcel delivery for a flat fee of only SGD$3 wherever you live.
Shipping Package: All products will be shipped in discreet plain envelopes, sent by Abra Advanced Research International Pte Ltd.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard Shipping is valid on international orders.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Has my order been shipped yet?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by our SuperSlyde team and sent an email to confirm it is on the way. All our orders will be sent in discreet plain envelopes. As a general guide, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the time you order from our Singapore, Hong Kong or California office.
From there, it should be delivered within the timescale as advertised.
