Welcome to SuperSlyde (superslyde.com). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to process all orders within two (2) working days. Products are dispatched from our fulfillment centers in Singapore, Hong Kong, or California.
Free Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders. Please note that this option is unregistered and does not include a tracking number. SuperSlyde (and AARI Pte Ltd) is not responsible for parcels lost in the mail via this method.
Registered Shipping: A registered mail option with tracking is available for a flat fee of SGD$3.
Packaging: To maintain your privacy, all products are shipped in discreet plain envelopes sent by Abra Advanced Research International Pte Ltd.
International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by your local government.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Eligibility: Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with original seals intact.
Hygiene Exception: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items where the security seal has been broken or the packaging opened.
Process: To initiate a return, you must email contact@superslyde.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
Conditions: Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and hygiene requirements as returns.
Price Adjustments: If an exchanged item is of higher value, the difference must be paid before shipping. If it is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. DELAYS AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you with a revised estimated date. For EU and UK consumers, these terms do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods or late delivery.
