Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Items must include all original packaging and components
- Products with a broken or removed safety seal cannot be returned
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and approved, a replacement item will be shipped. If there is a price difference, it will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
