Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a product and wish to exchange it for a different item, please review our policy below. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The request for exchange must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been opened or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE PROCESS To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@superslyde.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address for our processing centers (Singapore, Hong Kong, or California).
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a registered/tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the exchange has been approved.
  • Shipping for the New Item: If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Standard shipping for the new item will be free, or you may opt for registered shipping for a flat fee of SGD$3.
  • Price Differences: If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before the item is shipped. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as a store credit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received the wrong item or a damaged product due to our error, please contact us immediately at contact@superslyde.com. In these specific cases, we will cover all shipping costs to ensure you receive the correct, high-quality product you ordered.
